Graham Pudding
1 teaspoon butter
1 cup molasses
1 cup sour milk
1 cup chopped raisins
1 teaspoon soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
2 cups Graham flour
Steam 3 1/2 hours
Sauce: Any hard or liquid sauce or cream, butter and sugar together, beat in the whites of one or two beaten eggs beaten stiff.
