Jam Pudding

3/4 cup sugar

3/4 cup buttermilk

3/4 cup jam

1 cup flour

1 teaspoonful cinnamon

1 teaspoon soda

2 egg yolks

Bake in moderate oven and serve with hard sauce. The whites may be beaten and served on top if desired.
